Small deli and store with amazing fresh meats, cheeses and sandwiches. Great local find would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great truly good sandwich at a great price

Only complaint I have about this places they don't have a parking lot other than that the sandwiches are amazing the food is amazing it's all great priced they have beer that's only $10 a case it's amazing I love this place and I will continue to shop here

This is a convenience store with a great deli and great cooked food. Years ago I used to order porchetta their weekly. Delicious.

The best sandwiches in Milford hands down. Their other food is tasty as well! This is an old school gem. Hope it never changes. Highly recommended!!

Excellent sandwiches and subs made with generous portions of sliced to order deli meats on the best, freshly baked rolls. I drove past Gene’s for many years without stopping in, until I overheard others raving about it. I’m glad I discovered it!

I love this place. Lots of options for sandwiches. Worth trying all kinds, but my favorite is the heights. Linguiça with ham and cheese. Delicious. Usually I also take some chocolate canollis for dessert. Wonderful family owned market and sandwich Shop.

I absolutely love this little gem. In all the years I've been going there, I've never had something I didnt thoroughly enjoy. Friendly, family oriented staff & decent prices considering the great quality! A must-try!

First year buying a porketta at Genes. It was outstanding!! Absolutely delicious. Was so much better than Olivia’s. A must try if you love porketta

I love Gene's sausages, chocolate cream pie and those awesome rolls in front of deli counter.

They microwave their sandwiches... I’ve had a less soggy sandwich at the beach.

Sandwiches are absolutely top notch. Meat is cut fresh. Have never had a bad experience here and i go out of my way to stop by when in the area.

They make a great sandwich. My only complaint is this place isn't the cleanest. I notice a lot of dust and could really stand to have a good cleaning all around. That's why I give it three stars.

Great place with great food! I ordered catering from here a few weeks ago for my best friends funeral service. I spoke with Russ and he made the whole situation so much less stressful for me (which is VERY appreciated considering the circumstances) He assisted me in making sure I ordered the right amount of food for everyone as well as reminding me of the little things I would need for the day (tablecloths, cutlery, etc.) Everyone loved the food! And to top it off when I returned their equipment two kind young men (I didn’t catch their names) came outside in the cold to unload my car for me. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for catering or just lunch for the day!

Best sandwich in Milford, no questions... It is a must! Highly recommended! One of my personal favourites with that old school feel to it! Reminds me that we are more then fancy shopping centers; these are real people making amazing food!

Best sandwhich shop in Milford hands down. Also providing quality fresh bread, coldcuts, and some of the softest chocolate chip cookies you'll find, not your average recipe for sure.

Someone brought a lemon meringue pie to me from Gene's It was the best I have ever had.

It normally takes a while to get your food but it really is worth the wait. The food is so good and fresh. A tiny bit pricey but id say also worth it.

Excellent. Sandwiches are made from fresh sliced cold cuts and are very generously filled. I use them for catering for the holiday. Everything is always delicious. Guests always rave about the porketta. Highly recommend.

Top rate subs. Lots of goodies to go with them, including drinks, ice cream, chips, etc. Fiendly staff. No seating, though. It's a take out place, which is fine.

If you’re not in the know, you’d never guess the magnitude of delicious home cooked soups, sandwiches, pies, cookies, pizzas, etc. that are prepared in this understated Italian market that is a hidden treasure at the top of Water Street. Wonderfully priced. Nothing fancy here, except the food which is fit for Count and Contessa. If Home-Style could be regal, dig in.
